BLVRRYKAT'S TERMS OF SERVICE

★ DONATION INFORMATION: If provided a receipt to a vetted, relevant charity or fundraiser dated within the last 2 weeks, I will deduct that amount from your total commission cost. You can find some of my suggestions here, but please do your own research on what you choose to support. If you have questions or would like to discuss a specific fundraiser with me, please reach out.

★ I do not do art full time, so turnaround time can vary from 2 weeks to 2 months. I will give you an estimation, as well as your spot in my queue, when you inquire.

★ In an effort to keep myself motivated, I do not work on my queue completely in order. Commissions taken after yours may be finished before yours is complete.

★ I will send you progress photos as I work. If you would like more or less of these, please let me know.

★ 50% of payment is due before I begin. I will not send the completed file until 100% of payment is given. I take Paypal and Venmo.

★ Ask me about trades for goods/services (ex. plushies, apparel, tattoos, fursuit parts, etc). I don’t take art trades.

★ Extra characters are +75% of the original cost. Ex. 1 character sketch headshot = $12, 2 characters = $20.

★ ‘Full composition’ refers to a drawing of a scene with a complex background/interacting elements.

★ Price variation is due to complexity and interest. I typically try not to hit the high-end unless your character is extremely complex and difficult for me to translate into my style. Please let me know if you have a specific budget in mind and I will try to make it work.

★ I require reference images for characters. I cannot draw a character based on a written description. These do not need to be reference sheets, just enough to show all the necessary details. For customs, I require some kind of inspiration/moodboard.

★ I do not require pose references. I will design outfits or poses for you so long as I am given a style/personality description. This may be an additional cost.

★ I reserve the right to deny any commission for any reason.

★ I do not work with artists who use AI or engage with NFTs. I do not allow my work to be used to train AI or be used as NFTs.

★ If you see something you like in my portfolio (style, composition, complexity, etc.), feel free to send it and I’ll let you know its category/cost.
